30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the coat must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with any included belt or accessories. Please try it on carefully indoors.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and details of the issue. The ordinary unused-condition rule does not prevent a claim for an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We will review the issue with you and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error, a damaged item or a defect. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact us if you need help locating your refund.
